1. ADDITIONAL PAGES
Sometime in the future, you may need to add pages to your existing site. You may have pages added to your site for an additional $50.00. You can also have them deleted for $10.00.
2. BANNERS AND FLASHERS
These are just handy tools that give your website a fun look. Banners are usually used for advertising something on your website. The Flash banners are just banners that blink or move.
3. BLOGGING PAGE
This is a new but not so new way of communicating on the website. Many ministries are using the Blog format to speak to there audiences. Blogging allows the reader to post a comment about what they have just read. Many ministries use Blogs as an e-mail tool. It can sometimes take the place of the traditional newsletters.
4. E-MAIL ADDRESSES
You can distribute different e-mail addresses to your staff, family or friends. Depending on your package; you can have unlimited e-mails. If you are too busy to read and answer e-mails; our staff offers the service to ease the pain of missing an important e-letter.
5. FREE DOMAIN NAME
With every contract, you will receive a free domain name that is good for one year. Don't panick! We will make sure that your domain name stays active as long as you are our client. Even if you decide to take your services elsewhere; your domain name belongs to you with no strings attached.
6. FREE KEYWORD SUBMISSION
Key word submission plays a very important part in your visitors being able to reach you. Keywords are the words you use to enter into the search engines like Google or Yahoo. These words take you to a list of businesses that are offering what you are looking for. We do a keyword check once a month to make sure that you are getting the best out of keyword functioning.
7. GUEST BOOK
A guest book is simply a page where your visitors leave their name and contact information to let you know that they visited your page.
8. HYPER LINKS
These are words that are used to link the visitor to another page that is either inside the site or to another site. Usually, hyper links are recognized by the word being underlined, and they are usually blue in color. This is an excellent navigation tool.
9. MONITORING SERVICES
These are services that are designed for the busy person who does not have time to keep the site updated. Monitors check your site weekly to assure that everything is running smoothly. Monitors also check dates and events so that your sight does not seem unattended to the viewers.
10.ONLINE MAPS
These maps are available on your website to give your viewers clear directions to your church or business.
11. PAYMENT PLANS
All plans do not have this service. Only the packages that are using the 12 month monitoring services are eligible to use the payment plans. Payments are accepted only by major credit cards either via internet or phone. We have a secured gateway to protect our clients.
12. PICTURE POSTING
This service is merely having your pictures posted on the website. Pictures can be changed according to your package plan. Some plans have 4 free postings and some have more. Pictures are subject to rejection if our team feels that they are inappropriate. This is a Christian Ministry. Check with your package for more details.
13. SET-UP FEE
This is a one-time set-up fee that we charge you to develop your site. We put a lot of time and planning in producing an effective site. Some plans are not required to pay this fee. This fee is paid upon completing the contract. Check your package.
14. SITE MAPS
This is a page that contains all of your website pages as well as hyper links to your other pages. This is a quick and easy way to find what you are looking for in the sight.
15. SITE STATISTICS
This is a spread sheet that you can view online to see at how many visitors you had over a weeks time. Ask Technical Support for more information about this service.
16.TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Do you have questions about your sight? If you have chosen to do your own updates, we are still here for you. Our Technical Support team is here to help you to navigate through your sight and to attempt to fix any problems that you may have. You have the option of monitoring and updating your own package or you can let us do it. That is what we are here for. You can e-mail us or you can call us Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4pm. E-mails are usually the better way to go. We check those regularly and usually return information within 12 hours.
17.UPDATE POSTINGS
Some packages have 4 or more of these free update postings. If you want to change some information on your site or you want to add/remove information, then you are allotted so many postings within a 12 month period. Check your package for the amount allotted with that particular package. We usually asked for 24 hours to post your change. If for some reason we can not post in 24 hours, we will e-mail you with a notice telling you. If you have the monitoring service with your package; your update postings does not count as your monitoring service. In other words; we will remove old dates automatically for you. They do not count against your allotted update postings.
18.USER FORM FEEDBACK
These forms are excellent for finding out what your viewers think. A User Form is a simple form that the viewer fills out on line with their information and any comments that they want to leave for you.
19.USER FORM FEEDBACK MONITORING
This service comes with the premium packages. We know how busy you are so we have formed a team that monitors your feedback forms for you. Sometimes people need to reach you right away. We have a 24 hour turn around time between the time the visitor submits the feedback form, until the time we get it to you. You may request to have to have all of your feedback forms sent to you once a week. Those forms that we receive that seem to be urgent will be sent in 24 hours. Remember, this is Ministry.
20. VISITORS COUNTER
Your website will have a device on it that will keep track of how many visitors have come to your sight. In internet language; the counter will let you know how many hits you have. This can either be displayed for the public to see, or made so only you can see.
21. WEB HOSTING
All packages include web hosting. This means that we provide you with your server so you don't have to look for one. As long as your payments are made, it is our job that your server remains up and running.
22. WEBSITE MAKE-OVERS
In about 2-6 months, you might want to change the look of your website. Website make-over is a service that we offer to make major changes for you to keep your site looking fresh. We do not rebuild the whole site for you, but we will make drastic changes like background changes; color changes; font changes; pictures changes; and more. The maximum pages eligible for a make over is 2 per session. If your plan allots you to have 1 free make over, then that means 2 pages. Check your package.

***Please allow approximately 1 week to develop your website for pages 1-3. Allow approximately 2-4 weeks for 4 or more pages. If you need a site built right away, please let the representative know. We may be able to assist you. Remember, your satisfaction is our goal.
